I keep getting declined because my bank will not allow transactions from Great Britain, and the Visa Gift Cards dont even work. It's pissing me off. @Gibson - My bank is saying Great Britain is the primary source of fraud and wont even allow the transaction when I TELL them to. It's fucking obnoxious. I feel like it aint my own damn money,

You should be able to make a purchase with a regular Visa card although you may get caned with the % on the conversion rate. Mastercard or Amex should work as well but you'll still be subject to the conversion rate. US/UK transactions are a pain, trust me I know, I've done a few and you'd think you were trying to send money to the Moon or a 3rd World country in either direction sometimes. I've asked at my (UK) bank and my daughter has asked at her US bank(s) and basically they're clueless but they don't care cos they get a nice big fat commission by ripping you off. Only other alternative is to see if the product is available on somewhere like e-Bay that uses Paypal or similar or failing that see if the vendor will accept an IMO (International Money Order) or a Western Union payment.

The seller has most likely had problems with purchasers from Great Britain and has instructed its payment processor to not accept payments from British banks. You will most likely have to call the seller and make alternate arrangements such as international money order.
