YES, because Britain and the Czech Republic are both part of the EU. But there are certain restrictions applying to citizens from the new EU countries if they want to work in the old EU countries. Yes, lots of Czechs where my dad lives (more even than there are Poles), no restrictions on what work you can do, you can get more money in one year working in a bakery than you could in three years teaching in a secondary school in Prague.
