Legal immigrants may get something -if they have job they will contribute to NHS and get health care. All others have to go for private or charity (if any).

Everybody gets free emergency healthcare in the UK ..Its a basic human right...

Every body get free emergency care but you have to reside in the country for 6 months to get normal PCP or GP health care.
