What did the British leave behind in Zimbabwe culture

What did the British leave behind in Zimbabwe culture?
Zimbabwe was taken over by Great Britain in the 1800's. Does anyone know what things have been left behind by the British that affect the culture today? Language, government, culture, daily life, foods, holidays, almost anything would work- Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Language--most schools are English-medium, but indigenous languages are taught and spoken in school as well. Styles of housing are also influenced by Europeans, I believe.

They left a whole way of life. Cricket, Christianity, and a functioning economy. Unfortunately Robert Mugabe has thrown the economy away and Zimbabwe deteriorates by the day. Starvation, hyperinflation, and a government becoming more violent as time goes by are problems faced by Zimbabweans today. The one good thing about Zimbabwe is that it can be used as an example of what doesn't work by South Africa. Looking back, independence is the worst thing that ever happened to Zimbabwe.
