If Socialism is so great why is Britain on the verge of Bankruptcy?
Britain is broken and on the verge of bankruptcy. Ever since the Social Democratic Labour Part took office in 1997 they have ruined a stable economy, sold over half the countries gold reserves when gold was at it's lowest price, raided Pension Funds and the World Bank has declared Britain a credit risk all in the name of a Socialist agenda. Also don't try and spend Euro's in the UK you will be laughed at and told to take your 'funny money' elsewhere as Britain is still using Pound Sterling Britain has been in the doldrums long before the recession if it has to be known, everything has been sold off to foreign investors who then shut down plants because of Union demands. Because it's all a game. There is no political parties or dividing lines. There is just the average Joe Schmoes and the people in power who want to tell the Joe Schmoes what to do and control their resources. I'm surprised grown adults haven't figured this out yet.

No and UK is not the first one to prove it. However, have you thought that what O is trying to do is bring America to her knees - both politically and financially. Unemployment is double digit now. Inflation has to follow since he is continuing to print money. Then the food shortages will come because he has already stated that $4/gal gas was reasonable and could go higher.. U.S. food production is the lowest it's been in 40 yrs. If Farmer Brown can't till his fields and Trucker Smith can't fuel their necessary vehicles then obviously food production will suffer more. When people have no jobs and have no food and are losing their homes they will riot. Then he can declare Martial Law and then declare himself King for life and he has succeeded. His plan seems to be working very well presently. Are you going to let it happen?

Considering the Labour party hasnt been even close to a socialist party since the 80s I think you should be looking to blame capitalism. New labour has enacted neoliberal capitalist policies which have destroyed Britain. Socialism is the only thing that can save Britain. Dont look to the Labour party to give you that socilaism. No youll find it was Thatcher who sold everything off. Union membership before Thatcher was about 80%. Now its at about 20%. The unions havent destroyed anything. The conservatives followed by the conservatives lite have done the damage.
